Project Statistics

It seems to me that I need to provide a page of statistics each day about how the project is going so ‘ere tis the page.  Check back regularly to see how I’m doing, even if it’s just to be nosey.

The statistics I’ll record are:

  • The number of books sold online
  • The number of books sold directly to people instead of online
  • The amount of money raised for charity
  • The amount paid out to affiliates too.
  • The number of LinkedIn connections I have
  • Some basic website statisticss, such as number of visitors and pages viewed
  • Interesting other facts that may emerge as the project progresses

Oh, by the way, if there is anything you think that it might be useful to record – let me know and I’ll see if there is a way to do.

The current totals are below but if you would like to see how the project goes on a daily basis you’ll find them in the Daily Diary entry.

  • The total number of books sold – 187
  • The number of books sold online – 178
  • The number of books sold directly to people instead of online – 9
  • The amount of money raised for charity – £374
  • The amount paid out to affiliates too – £83.00
  • The number of LinkedIn connections I have – 479
  • Some basic website statisticss, such as number of visitors and pages viewed – Visitors – 1081, Pages Viewed – 6186
  • Number of links from Google search for LinkedIn Made Easy – 6/10 – not bad at all!

Great to watch the statistics! Could it say what time / date the sales figures are up to? I’m guessing it’s not a real-time auto-update?
    Cheers and good luck!

They aren’t live unfortunately Tamara and I update them once a day – but not at the same time each day, so they will probably be a little ‘out’ for a while. I also do the same on my daily diary and add the figures for that particular day at the bottom too. Hopefully, my maths will keep it all in order :-)
